Il ne s’agit évidemment pas de cumuler toutes ces offres pour empocher ces primes en euros. Ces offres de bienvenue sont toutes soumises à des conditions de souscription, parfois obligeant à faire du compte courant ouvert, son compte principal. Toutefois cela devrait permettre de choisir sa banque plus sereinement, en connaissance des offres de la concurrence.
L’Anah a publié les résultats du 1er trimestre 2024 concernant les rénovations via MaPrimeRénov’. Le résultat est décevant : seulement 4 % des objectifs de l’année 2024 sont atteints !
Très fort ralentissement MaPrimeRénov’
Un peu plus de 78.000 logements ont été rénovés énergétiquement, avec le soutien de MaPrimeRénov’, au premier trimestre 2024. C’est évidemment un signe de ralentissement, quand il y a quelques années l’Agence nationale de l’habitat (Anah) dénombrait 700.000 gestes sur un millésime entier. Sur les trois premiers mois, 366 millions d’euros d’aides ont été attribués et 478 millions payés.
Rénovations d’ampleur : très loin du compte !
L’attente concernait notamment ces rénovations d’ampleur. Le constat est amer : 5 584 logements rénovés dans le parcours rénovation d’ampleur, ce qui représente 4% de l’objectif (140 000) de 2024 pour 25% de l’année, une catastrophe.
Et pour les autres catégories de rénovation, c’est mieux, sans être toutefois exceptionnel :
72 450 rénovations monogestes soit toujours 13 fois plus de monogeste que de rénovation d’ampleur,
78% des gestes financés sont des systèmes de chauffage au détriment de l’isolation alors que le besoin long terme est de réduire le besoin de chauffage.
« Si ces premiers chiffres ne sont pour le moment pas très positifs, nous pouvons toutefois observer des premiers signaux très prometteurs et les écarts entre monogestes et rénovations d’ampleur ne vont selon nous que se réduire ! Le nombre de dossiers déposés en rénovation d’ampleur sur la plateforme a été multiplié par 4 entre janvier et mars ! Les dossiers de rénovation globale commencent enfin à se débloquer depuis début avril et nous nous attendons à une montée en puissance. Alors que le nombre d’Accompagnateur Rénov’ était insuffisant en début d’année, les objectifs d’agréments ont été dépassés sur le premier trimestre. » analyse Baudouin de la Varende, co-fondateur d’Ithaque.
Par ailleurs, toujours selon l’entreprise, la rénovation d’ampleur est définitivement la meilleure option financière avec un boost colossal des aides :
Pour les revenus intermédiaires et supérieurs, le montant moyen de la subvention pour la rénovation globale a été multiplié par 3,5 entre 2023 et 2024, passant de 7 000 euros à plus de 24 000 euros en 2024 !
Pour les revenus modestes et très modestes, par 2,6 en passant de 15 000 euros à 39 000 euros
